Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Quinton). They put the hurt on the Sasakwa Vikings with a sharp 17-9 win on Tuesday. For the Savages, this counts as revenge for the 5-4 victory the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Cash Hobbs was a standout: he scored three runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Mikey Perez, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Quinton's win bumped their record up to 3-8-1. As for Sasakwa, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Quinton will be playing at home against Webbers Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sasakwa, they will head out on the road to face off against Mill Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
