On Monday, Liberty faced Centennial in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Liberty Patriots blew past the Centennial Bulldogs 53-25. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won nine games by 24 points or more so far this season.

Liberty had a senior duo take command as Jianna Reyes threw for 210 yards and four touchdowns and Kaylie Phillips threw for 219 yards and three touchdowns. What's more, Reyes also racked up 133.3 passer rating, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. Kilolo Westerlund did her part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 41 receiving yards.

Liberty's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.2 points. As for Centennial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Liberty has already played their next contest, a 37-13 victory against Basic on the 30th. As for Centennial, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 34-21 loss against Las Vegas on the 30th.
