Volleyball Recap: Mount Notre Dame Takes Down Anderson in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

Mount Notre Dame extended their postseason success on Thursday against Anderson. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Raptors. Winning may never get old, but Mount Notre Dame sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

While Mount Notre Dame might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Anderson scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 16-25, 25-21.

Mount Notre Dame's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Camden Reisert, who had 20 digs and two aces. Those 20 digs gave Reisert a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Charlie Hatfield, who had 15 digs.

Mount Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Anderson, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8.

Coming up, Mount Notre Dame will face off against Dublin Scioto at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Anderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
