Basketball Game Preview: Stevenson Bulldogs vs. King's Way Christian Knights

Stevenson is 1-9 against King's Way Christian since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Stevenson Bulldogs will head out to square off against the King's Way Christian Knights at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Stevenson is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Fort Vancouver to the tune of 58-14 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, King's Way Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Castle Rock on Tuesday, taking the game 52-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

King's Way Christian has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.6 points per game. As for Stevenson, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-10.

Stevenson opened the new year with a less-than-successful 45-34 defeat to King's Way Christian. Can Stevenson avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
