Basketball Game Preview: Hillcrest Christian Cougars vs. St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints

The Hillcrest Christian Cougars will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Andrew's Episcopal took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hillcrest Christian, who comes in off a win.

Hillcrest Christian is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Clinton Christian Academy. The Cougars took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 76-28 victory over the Warriors. The Cougars not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 16th (when they won 73-21).

Delbrico Nicholson was nothing short of spectacular: he went 8-for-13 to rack up 21 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Jeffery Demeritte, who posted ten points and five steals.

Meanwhile, St. Andrew's Episcopal lost to Leake Central at home by a 61-46 margin on Tuesday.
