Volleyball Recap: Aurora West College Prep Academy Extends Winning Streak to Three

Aurora West College Prep Academy waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the William Smith Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Aurora West College Prep Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-19.

Lizett Diaz had a dynamite game, getting ten aces and eight assists. That's the most assists she has posted since October 3rd.

Diaz wasn't the only good servers: Aurora West College Prep Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 27 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Aurora West College Prep Academy's record is now 7-12. As for William Smith, their defeat was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-17.

As of now, neither Aurora West College Prep Academy nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
