Baseball Recap: Walhalla Comes Up Short

Walhalla was the 4-3 winner over Belton-Honea Path when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Razorbacks fell just short of the Bears by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

WESTON HARDIN made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of DALTON DIAL, who went 2-for-4 with one triple.

Walhalla has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-10 record this season. As for Belton-Honea Path, they pushed their record up to 10-12 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

While Walhalla had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
