Soccer Recap: South Bend Saint Joseph Takes a Loss

South Bend Saint Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mishawaka Marian Knights. That's two games in a row now that South Bend Saint Joseph have lost by just one goal.

South Bend Saint Joseph's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Mishawaka Marian, they pushed their record up to 5-2-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, South Bend Saint Joseph will welcome Culver Academies at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mishawaka Marian, they will venture away from home to square off against Concord at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
