The Father McGivney Catholic Griffins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 21 points or more this season. They blew past Rochester 55-26 at home. For Father McGivney Catholic, this counts as revenge for the 46-34 defeat Rochester walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
Father McGivney Catholic's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sami Oller, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Anna-Jonesboro has now lost 11 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 22. As for Rochester, they will take on Normal Community at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Normal Community is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.
