Volleyball Recap: Quinter Beats Hill City for Their Third Straight Victory

Quinter waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Hill City Ringnecks.

Quinter had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-19, 25-16.

Shaylee Baalman paced Quinter's offense, picking up 13 kills. Baalman got some help from Kendyl Johnson and her 25 assists.

Quinter's win bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Hill City, their loss dropped their record down to 10-25.

Quinter has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Decatur Community on the 25th. Hill City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
