Basketball Recap: South Haven Christian Takes a Loss

South Haven Christian saw some tournament action on Thursday. They took a 76-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Maranatha Baptist Academy Warriors. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (69), South Haven Christian still had to take the loss.

South Haven Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Maranatha Baptist Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

South Haven Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 60-47 win against Gospel Light Christian on the 4th. As for Maranatha Baptist Academy, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against The Cross Christian School at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season.
