Springfield Renaissance entered their matchup against Baystate Academy on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Springfield Renaissance came up short against Baystate Academy, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Springfield Renaissance has suffered since November 4, 2024.

Springfield Renaissance's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Baystate Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Springfield Renaissance will venture away from home to challenge Central at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Baystate Academy, they will take on Minnechaug Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
