Basketball Game Preview: Grant Community Bulldogs vs. Antioch Sequoits

The Grant Community Bulldogs will face off against the Antioch Sequoits at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Friday, Grant Community didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against North Chicago, but they still walked away with a 57-51 victory. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 243rd, while the Warhawks are ranked 506th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Antioch earned a 46-35 win over Boylan Catholic on Sunday.

Grant Community's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Antioch, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.
