Volleyball Recap: Marshall Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chickasha, Marshall was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They won by a set and slipped past the Grant Generals 2-1. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Generals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Marshall's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Grant, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Marshall wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Douglass on the 22nd. As for Grant, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Star-Spencer on the 22nd.
