Soccer Game Preview: Mountain Range vs. Northglenn

Mountain Range is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will host the Northglenn Norsemen at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Range's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Things were looking good for Mountain Range after they put the first goal on the board on Thursday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Thornton by a score of 2-1.

Mountain Range's goal came courtesy of Anthony Escalera, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, Northglenn didn't have quite enough to beat Poudre on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Northglenn's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Mountain Range, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
