Rocky Point won the last time they faced Harborfields and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 15-3 margin over the Tornadoes. Considering the Eagles have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Rocky Point is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Harborfields, their loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rocky Point will take on rival Eastport-South Manor at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Eagles 3.7, the Sharks 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Harborfields is set to face off against their familiar foe East Hampton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
