B-G-M is 8-2 against Colfax-Mingo since June of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bears will be playing at home against the Tigerhawks at 5:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

B-G-M made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Lynnville-Sully, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bears fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Colfax-Mingo fell victim to Belle Plaine and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Plainsmen, falling 12-0. The Tigerhawks just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

B-G-M's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 6-3. As for Colfax-Mingo, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

B-G-M took their win against Colfax-Mingo in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 12-2 score. Will the Bears repeat their success, or do the Tigerhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
