Pioneer Valley entered their tilt with Lompoc on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Braves 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Pioneer Valley was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-5, 25-9.

Their offense was headlined by Sehidd Uribe and Santiago Quezada, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Daniel Aguilera and his 26 assists. He also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Sebastian Longoria, racking up two apiece.

Pioneer Valley's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-16. As for Lompoc, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pioneer Valley will welcome Carpinteria at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lompoc, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cabrillo at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
