Basketball Recap: Scappoose Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Scappoose can now relate to. They took a 71-52 bruising from the Phoenix Pirates on Friday. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Scappoose's defeat dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Phoenix, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

Scappoose does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Phoenix has already played their next game (against Crook County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
