Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Ridgeville). They managed an 87-82 victory over the Brookside Cardinals on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Rangers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

North Ridgeville's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11. As for Brookside, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Ridgeville will face off against Midview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Midview is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.9 points per game this season. As for Brookside, they will take on Oberlin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brookside knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Oberlin likes a good challenge.
