Softball Recap: Milaca Wolves vs. Royalton Royals
After losing to Royalton the last time they met, Milaca decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Milaca Wolves had just enough and edged the Royalton Royals out 4-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Milaca.
Maggie Westling was excellent, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. She hasn't dropped below three hits for three straight games.
Milaca has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-9 record this season. As for Royalton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.
As of now, neither Milaca nor Royalton have any future games scheduled.
