Meanwhile, while Cedar put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Canyon View. The Reds put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 10-0 win. The Reds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 matchups by six runs or more this season.
Sadie Parson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Friday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. American Fork hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .342. However, it's not like Cedar struggles in that department as they've averaged .377. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
