Volleyball Recap: Wilmington Christian Academy Find Success

Wilmington Christian Academy posted their closest win since September 24, 2024 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the First Baptist Christian Sabres, sneaking past 3-2.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Wilmington Christian Academy who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-18, 23-25, 15-11.

Wilmington Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for First Baptist Christian, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-6.

As of now, neither Wilmington Christian Academy nor the Sabres have any future games scheduled.
