Basketball Recap: West Genesee Skates Past Watertown with Ease

West Genesee had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Watertown Cyclones 66-29. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cyclones, too.

West Genesee's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Watertown, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

West Genesee has already played their next match, a 54-51 loss against Christian Brothers Academy on the 28th. As for Watertown, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-36 defeat against East Syracuse-Minoa on the 28th.
