Baseball Recap: Manson's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Manson was forced to take a big defeat against they on Saturday, they got the better of them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Brewster Bears with a sharp 8-2 win. The Trojans not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 22nd (when they won 31-0).

Manson's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9-1. As for Brewster, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Manson and Brewster could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Trojans will challenge Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (270 vs. 88). Meanwhile, Brewster (ranked 212th) will meet Liberty Bell (ranked 90th) at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
