Softball Recap: Alvarado Comes Up Short

Alvarado was the 7-1 winner over Mineral Wells when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Alvarado Indians came up short against the Mineral Wells Rams on Saturday, falling 19-2. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alvarado's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Mineral Wells, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Alvarado wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-7 win against Benbrook on the 1st. As for Mineral Wells, they have also already played their next game, an 8-4 victory against Breckenridge on the 1st.
