Soccer Recap: Leadership Academy Starts off Right with Win over Glenn

Leadership Academy took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Glenn Bobcats a 2-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Falcons were the better team in the second half.

Bella Hall and Allee Davis scored both of Leadership Academy's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

This is the second loss in a row for Glenn and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Leadership Academy will take on Lexington at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Glenn will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on March 18th.
