Basketball Recap: Creede Skates Past Lake City with Ease

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Creede on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Lake City out of the water with a 43-16 final score. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Miners had established a 20 point advantage.

Creede's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Charlie Fairchild led the charge by going 5 of 12 on his way to 13 points and six steals.
