Volleyball Recap: Palo Verde Comes Up Short

Palo Verde was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-11, 25-6.

Palo Verde's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Palo Verde wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Tanque Verde on the 13th. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Safford on the 14th.
