Volleyball Recap: Park Rapids Find Success

Park Rapids lost to Underwood back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rockets.

Park Rapids never let Underwood on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-12.

Macey Jalbert paced Park Rapids' offense, picking up eight kills. Jalbert got some help from Maggie Huber and her ten assists. Jalbert was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Park Rapids' victory bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Underwood, they dropped their record down to 3-12 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Park Rapids didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Kittson Central on the 4th. As for Underwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Park Christian on the 4th.
