Softball Recap: American Leadership Academy Comes Up Short

American Leadership Academy came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Skyline Grizzlies, falling 22-7.

American Leadership Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. Skyline now has a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, American Leadership Academy will head out to face off against Ben Lomond at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Skyline, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Idaho Falls at 3:00 p.m. on April 1. Skyline is facing Idaho Falls at the right time seeing as Idaho Falls is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
