Baseball Recap: Red Mesa Takes a Loss

Red Mesa lost against Joseph City back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Redskins came up short against the Wildcats, falling 13-3.

Red Mesa saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Arlen Begay, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Red Mesa's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Joseph City, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Red Mesa will take on El Capitan at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Joseph City, they will venture away from home to square off against Bagdad at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
