Chagrin Falls is a perfect 7-0 against Wickliffe since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Tigers will be home for the holidays to greet the Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Chagrin Falls' favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Wickliffe has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Chagrin Falls is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 48-35 win over Kirtland on Tuesday. The Tigers pushed the score to 42-21 by the end of the third, a deficit the Hornets cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chagrin Falls to victory, but perhaps none more so than Avery Russell, who went 9-for-17 on her way to 22 points and seven rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Russell has scored at least a third of the Tigers' points. Another player making a difference was Gabby Byrne, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards.

Meanwhile, Wickliffe played a tough matchup on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Crestwood and fell 55-20. The Blue Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-12.

Wickliffe's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Chagrin Falls, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Everything came up roses for Chagrin Falls against Wickliffe in their previous matchup back in January of 2019, as the squad secured a 62-25 win. In that contest, the Tigers amassed a halftime lead of 32-9, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
