It's playoff time, and Warwick had no trouble coming through when it counted. They snuck past the Wallkill Panthers with a 35-31 victory on Saturday. The win was nothing new for the Wildcats as they're now sitting on six straight.

Wallkill lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Gabriella Gualtiere, who posted six points and 13 boards. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 8.2 rebounds per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoe Mesuch, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine boards.

Warwick's victory bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Wallkill, they moved to 13-10 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Warwick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 40-31 win against Horseheads on the 15th. Wallkill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
