With a playoff game on the line, Point Loma rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Valley Center Jaguars 28-7. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 21-0.

Point Loma got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Romeo Carter out in front who picked up 128 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Carter is becoming a predictor of Point Loma's success: when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 3-4 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Watson, who threw for 251 yards and three touchdowns.
