Inspiration Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 9-4 victory over the Palmetto Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Elle Hildreth and Emma Szabo made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Hildreth struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. Meanwhile, Szabo pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Hildreth has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. At bat, Hildreth scored a run while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances, while Szabo scored a run while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Aubrey Osborne and Alexis McInerney did most of the damage at the plate: Osborne went 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI, while McInerney scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.
