Baseball Recap: Cascade Wins Going Away Against Marysville Getchell

Cascade made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Marysville Getchell, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Cascade Bruins blew past Marysville Getchell 11-1 on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bruins considering their two-run performance the game before.

Josh DeLap was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Another player making a difference was Logan Crosson, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Cascade was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .421. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
