Volleyball Recap: Snow Canyon Takes a Loss

The Snow Canyon Warriors came up short against the Mountain View Bruins on Friday, falling 3-0.

While Snow Canyon ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Tali Tupe and Pa'Alo Tupe, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Solaya Barker-Winton and her 14 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Snow Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mountain View, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Snow Canyon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Riverton on the 9th. As for Mountain View, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Dixie on the 9th.
