Volleyball Recap: Spokane Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Spokane waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Crane Pirates. The Owls have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Spokane was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-4, 25-17.

Ella Christenson paced Spokane's offense, picking up 11 kills. Christenson got some help from Callie Terrell and her 30 assists. Carley Collins controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Spokane's victory bumped their record up to 15-4-2. As for Crane, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11-1.

Spokane didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against School of the Ozarks on the 3rd. As for Crane, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Hurley on the 3rd.
