Football Recap: Bayshore Christian Takes a Loss

Bayshore Christian lost against Seffner Christian back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bayshore Christian Faith Warriors came up short against the Seffner Christian Crusaders, falling 27-7. The Faith Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Natalia Garcia threw for 88 yards and one touchdown. Gabriela Garcia was her top target, picking up 46 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Valeria Padilla rushed for 26 yards.

Seffner Christian found their leader in freshman Addy Ross, who threw for 102 yards and one touchdown. Brooke Knox made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Bayshore Christian now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Seffner Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Bayshore Christian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 12-6 win against Bell Creek Academy on the 3rd. As for Seffner Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 21-12 defeat against Keswick Christian on the 4th.
