Basketball Recap: Muskego Comes Up Short

Muskego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-59 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kettle Moraine Lasers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 66-50 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Muskego's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kettle Moraine, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Muskego wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 69-68 defeat against Oak Creek on the 9th. Kettle Moraine has also already played their next game (against Brookfield East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
