Rutherford won the last time they faced Manchester Regional and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs blew past the Falcons 37-14. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bulldogs' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 120th, while the Falcons are ranked 324th).

Rutherford has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points this season. As for Manchester Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, Rutherford and Manchester Regional will both be playing Waldwick the next time they take the field. The Falcons will head out to face the Warriors on Friday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them on the 19th.
