Cael Dubas posted a new career-high in passing yards on Friday. He rushed for 96 yards and a pair of scores on only five carries, and also threw for 55 yards and one TD on only five passes. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Nebraska Lutheran back in September of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Dubas also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making ten total tackles and defending one pass.

Looking ahead, Dubas and Fullerton will square off against Cedar Bluffs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Wildcats thanks in part to Dubas: he picked up 44 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 78 yards on only 11 carries.
