Basketball Recap: Burlington Comes Up Short

Burlington was the 59-54 winner over Medford when they last played one another back in December of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Elks lost 60-40 to the Cardinals on Friday. The Elks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Burlington's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Medford, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Looking ahead, Burlington will face off against Kremlin-Hillsdale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medford, they will host Waynoka at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
