Football Game Preview: Little Wound vs. Crow Creek

Crow Creek will challenge Little Wound on the road at 6:30 PM on Friday. Crow Creek come in off of three low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.

Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Crow Creek, but their most recent matchup may have softened the blow. They were gifted an easy victory last Friday as St. Francis Indian wound up forfeiting 0-2. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast.

Meanwhile, after a dominant win in their contest two weeks ago, Little Wound were humbled. They were given a punishing 0-50 defeat at the hands of Belle Fourche. Little Wound's low-scoring loss was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the contest before.

Crow Creek's victory lifted them to 2-4 while Little Wound's defeat dropped them down to 1-5. Two forfeits in a row aren't very likely, so Crow Creek better be ready for a battle.
