Basketball Recap: Montezuma-Cortez Panthers vs. San Juan Broncos

They strolled past the San Juan Broncos with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 64-50. Montezuma-Cortez was led to victory by Sariah Jackson and Kalea Ogo. Jackson went 9 for 19 on her way to 18 points in addition to seven steals and five assists, while Ogo almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine steals. With that strong performance, Jackson is now averaging an impressive 15.5 points per game. Another player making a difference was Taylor Whited, who posted 15 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.
