Basketball Recap: Grace Prep Comes Up Short

Grace Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 58-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trinity Christian Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Grace Prep of the 68-45 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Grace Prep now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Trinity Christian, they moved to 5-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Grace Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Coram Deo Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Trinity Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Alpine at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
