Basketball Recap: East Helena Comes Up Short

East Helena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 57-32 to the Frenchtown Broncs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vigilantes of the 61-37 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

East Helena's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Frenchtown, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

East Helena and Whitefish will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Frenchtown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Dawson County at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
