Baseball Recap: White Oak Takes a Loss

White Oak saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Clarke County Eagles by a score of 12-10.

White Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Clarke County, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. White Oak will challenge Lejeune at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Devil Pups have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.1 runs per game on average), something the Vikings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Clarke County, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Spring Mills at 5:00 p.m.
