While Dinuba's win against Lemoore wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Emperors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Tigers on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Emperors in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won three in a row.
Neveah Garcia spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on two hits and racked up six Ks.
